Editing could do with more - what transitions are used? when and why? For camera - a wider range of pics to support what you mention would help.
For the second video (which is pretty poor I agree), there need to be examples/images to support your points in the camera and editing section. The third video needs this for camera too
Overall, very good write up (check through for several minor errors) and just lacking a few more stills to support.
